Dawn was amazing from start to finish. The first day I called Dawn I was standing on a property I wanted to see, she left her office and us within fifteen minutes. She was very thorough and in depth with what we were looking at and advised not to buy unless because it was going to cost money to get it liveable. She sent us properties from that point on even when we were vacationing in Florida she never stopped working for us. She always brought so much info on the properties we viewed and others comparable for that area. Once we finally found our home we purchased she met with contractors, called government agencies and stayed on top of making sure we knew everything about the property we were buying. Once I listed my property in delta for sale I had an offer within a week and a signed agreement within thirty days. She did everything she said she was going to do and more. When my buddy mike referred her I had no idea how amazing she was. She treated us like family.
