Our experience using the Riley Team and working with Courtney was exceptional. Courtney knows every nook and cranny of Calvert County, so she was able to steer us towards properties that fit our specific list of needs, saving us time and energy. Her grasp of the local market and negotiation skills are top notch. We felt very assured that Courtney would serve our best interests (and she did). Our home sale and purchase was fairly complicated, but she handled everything seamlessly. Not only is Courtney very patient and kind, but she also knows her stuff!
