Dawn was our DREAM Realtor!!!

As the headline suggests, Dawn was a dream come true when it came to who we chose as our realtor. Buying a house can definitely be a stressful situation, and luckily for us Dawn's expertise and work ethic reduced that stress immensely. She is very knowledgeable about the entire process, and never hesitated to answer the many questions we had. Many of our questions came after normal working hours due to our jobs, and still Dawn was available and made us feel like her number one priority at all times. Her work ethic was almost unbelievable to me. I didn't truly realize how much work must be put into buying a home but Dawn seemed to carry most of that load. She was quick to send us listings, schedule tours (on ALL parts of town), and work through our desires. The house we purchased with Dawn's help will be a longtime home for my wife and I, and the place we will start our family. Of course this meant that we had a lot of wants/wishes for our home. Dawn made sure to pick out the houses that met that criteria, and worked diligently so we did not have to settle on a house that did not meet our wants/needs. I would absolutey recommend Dawn to anyone buying a home or even someone who just has questions about the market. I certainly do not foresee myself buying another home anytime soon - but if/when the time comes I will definitely call Dawn first! She made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
