I highly recommend Dawn. From start to finish she made us feel like we were top priority. Dawn was very knowledgeable about the community we were looking to find, extremely organized and very well prepared for any questions we threw her way. Staging and pictures were excellent . Our contact with Dawn was minimal and mostly initiated by us. I feel she could have communicated with us more. Our feedback on showings sometimes took 2 days. Checked with others selling their homes and recieved feedback by end of day. Don't feel she put 100% into selling our home.
