Dawn has been working with us on buying our 1st home for at least the past 5 years off and on. As we moved thru the many hoops for 1st time home buyers, she never gave up on us and kept being a positive attitude when we were ready to give up. We bought out home less then a year ago, and she was very accommodating, by showing us houses several times and on Sunday, always telling us not to settle and that we would find the right one for us. She is the best!

The short story: Dawn is an honest, bulldog negotiator. After working with several realtors, I would not use anyone else. She was always available for same day appointments, even the first time I called her. The back story: I've bought two houses in my life. Both were foreclosures that didn't meet living conditions. Needless to say, the banks were very difficult to deal with. While my first realtor told me it was pointless to try and negotiate with a bank, Dawn stuck through it. She even pushed me to negotiate more. Because of Dawn, we got a lovely home on a great property for much less than it was listed. This deal would have fallen through without her negotiating skills.

Dawn was extremely knowledgeable about the real estate I purchased from her. She used her experience to get me the best deal and did it in a timely manner. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase real estate.
