I was extremely pleased with the service Dawn Peterson provided me as I went through the process of selling my home. She is very knowledgeable and diligent in all aspects of the process. Dawn always responded quickly to my calls, texts, or emails and was a great problem solver and negotiator as issues arose. Because I live out of state, it was extra important to me that I could trust my agent to have my best interests at heart, and Dawn proved that she did time and time again. I'm very happy that I chose Dawn to be my real estate agent.
