Dawn is very personable and professional

A piece of property came up for sale near our home. Dan was representing the seller. We called her to ask her if we could visit the property and she was able to meet with us very quickly and show us the property. We felt very comfortable with Dawn so we allowed her to be the representative for both the seller and the buyer. This is typically unusual, but we felt that she had both of our best interest taken care of, and she did a very good job at dealing with all of the hoops that we had to jump through for processing our loan which took several months and she was very professional through the whole process, keeping us informed helping us get the finance company to do what they needed to do so we could get this property closed. Even at closing, she brought cupcakes and presents when we finally got the closing done. I would recommend Dawn to anyone that is looking for a very professional person to take care of their sales or their purchase.
