Dawn Paradise did an amazing job selling our house. I have never seen such effective marketing in any field. She is gifted with people, and makes everyone happy about the process.

I wish I could give her 10 stars she is amazing the realtor we had in FL made me very weary of realtors she was horrible, but Dawn made our experience a wonderful one she helped us find a house and also sell a house both times she was amazing. I highly recommend her for whatever you need to do.

Dawn is a really good realtor. She has represented me in multiple transactions, both as the buyers agent and the sellers agent. As the buyers agent, she worked with me to negotiate the best deals, and as a sellers agent she crafted and helped me navigate through deals to earn the most money. I intend to continue to seek Dawn to represent me in future deals. Some decisions are hard, but picking Dawn to be my realtor is a no brainer.

Dawn made the process smooth and not nearly as stressful as I thought it would be. She stayed in touch the whole time and was always available to answer questions. She even offered to come help with things at the house. I would give her 10 stars if I had the option.

Dawn took on the job of selling my home I did not know what a job that would be. She would call me and tell me anything that I needed to know.
