My wife and I were first time home buyers. Dawn worked with us from the initial search to closing on our home. From a personal standpoint, she was great to work with as she was both friendly and professional. We always felt she was doing her best to look out for us and educate us. In the initial search, we never felt pressured in any way. She was always quick to act on homes we wanted to visit. When we finally found the home we liked, she quickly put in our offer. She negotiated the things we didn't feel comfortable on. Also, she scheduled and facilitated all of the inspections which took a load of work off our hands. All in all, would recommend her to anyone.
