Dawn has an amazing amount of knowledge as to how to market your property. The photographs of the property were very professional and showed our home to its full potential. This resulted in an overwhelming response to the Open House and numerous creditable offers after the first and only showing. She was always in communication with us, and answering any of our questions that arose. Her professionalism was amazing and she knew how to handle any difficult situation that arose in which there were several. This was a very positive experience for us and we would highly recommend Dawn to anyone looking to sell their property.
