Dawn was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions promptly and set up appointments with time to spare to meet deadlines. She handled the purchasing process with ease and was even able to keep me calm throughout, (not an easy task!!). Dawn, is very knowledgeable in the home sales process, advertising, showings and take to closing! We were living long distance in another state and Dawn took care of cleaning contractors, painting and coordinateing repairs of any items.
