We could not have asked for a better real estate agent. We purchased a house in White Salmon and Dawn made the experience effortless and seemless. She is professional, thorough, resourceful and helpful! Before we moved she went everyday to water the new sod so we would have a beautiful lawn when we arrived, she went to the furniture store to help us purchase the furniture we wanted and then she and her husband delivered the furniture themselves! I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience it was working with her and you can't go wrong with Dawn in your corner!!!

Dawn was always extremely pleasant to work with throughout our long struggle to find a house. She has a great knowledge of the local real estate market, was able to quickly understand what we wanted in a house, and kept showing us house after house until we found our dream house, which was the third house we tried to buy. Throughout the year long search to find a house and two failed attempts to buy a house, Dawn was remarkably responsive and showed her experience with the entire process, including negotiating before and after the home inspection report came out. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Working with Dawn was absolutely amazing. Being a first time home buyer, I honestly didn't know what to expect. Not only did she continuously shop for and present us with many land/lot options, but even after figuring out that building wasn't in our budget, she proceeded to keep pressing on, eventually finding us the perfect home in Cascade Locks. She made the entire buying process seem so simple and easy, even after I made some questionable decisions that would make any other realtor walk away from me. She continued to work her hardest negotiating with the seller, even going above and beyond our expectations, negotiating items we never thought the seller would agree to. She worked tirelessly with all the parties involved in the process, constantly ensuring all of our deadlines were met, and somehow magically we were able to close early! Thank you so much, Dawn. We honestly couldn't have achieved all of this without your hard work and dedication. Anyone who doesn't choose Dawn as their agent is doing themselves a huge disservice, as you are passing on one of the best agents here in the Gorge. I couldn't recommend her more.

Dawn is fearless, knowledgeable, relentless, reliable and a joy to have on your side. The cabin she sold for us was on a challenging road that most realtors avoided. All of our questions were answered, every concern addressed. She followed through with every showing and was never short on ideas. We are very glad there are still great realtors in the gorge, she's prove of that.
