She answered all my questions , was very knowledgeable,patient,caring and kind. She worked very well with my loan officer as well. Dawn (and her partner at the time, Joe Luca) did an excellent job in selling our 1930's house in Providence. My husband and I could not be happier. We had to put in a little TLC after our long-term tenants had moved out and Dawn was a great source for recommendations for landscaping businesses and other contractors that we needed at a short notice to get the house ready for the market. She has an enormous network of people she knows and is happy to help you out with names. Our house went on the market and we received an over-asking price offer that we accepted on day 4. My husband and I left for a weeks-long trip to Europe right after we accepted the offer and Dawn (and Joe Luca) die EVERYTHING from there on - we basically came back home and found a check in our mailbox. The entire process was so uncomplicated and smooth for us. We are very happy we hired Dawn as our realtor. If we ever have to sell (or buy) another house, I will most definitely use her expertise again!! Dawn is also not just a really good realtor, but also a very nice person.
