Dawn was a fantastic help in every single step of my sale and purchase. No matter what issue came up (broken water heater, hail damaged roof, smells, etc.) she was on top of it and made sure that everything was taken care of and handled. When we were pushed to list faster than we expected to she was on top of it and made sure that everything went smoothly and that I got the best deal possible. When the builder gave us a hard time about what was going to be fixed on the model home I purchased she fought for me and made sure that I got everything I could and that the builder did what they said they were going to do. I could not say enough positive things about Dawn and her professionalism and support. If I ever buy another house (hopefully not) I will definitely use Dawn as my realtor and I would recommend her to anyone that asked.
