My family and I just closed on a home this past June and are moving from out of state to the Denver metro area. Dawn helped us throughout the entire home buying process! Trying to find a home while being out of state can be overwhelming, but Dawn made it easy for us by listening to our must haves and have-not's and doing video recordings of the homes we requested tours of. We went under contract after putting an offer on only our 2nd home and Dawn made sure everything went as smooth as possible from there. If moving to the Denver metro, we highly recommend Dawn!
