I chose Dawn as my realtor because I knew she would always have my back. I was her priority not her commission and not her next client she was signing. I can be timid in conflict, and although we didn't have any conflicts during the purchase of my new home, I knew if we did, Dawn would be there for me. She had the awkward conversations with the sellers' agent. She guided all of us, including the rookie sellers' agent, through the process. She talked me through my mortgage options and shared insights as someone familiar with that process as well. Her experience showed over and over from writing the contract to checking on my mortgage and title insurance providers to closing and beyond. She is a wealth of knowledge, experience and resources. Experience matters. Professionalism matters. I am truly grateful Dawn was my realtor for this transaction. And when I do it again, I will ask her again to work with me.
