Dawn is very informative and knowledgeable, if she doesn't know the answer she will find it out for you. This really eased our worries since this was our first home. She is professional but very personable and will tell you it straight when necessary. She did all she could to meet our needs and find a house in our budget, it has been a few months now and we couldn't be happier!
