We first connected with Dawn in early 2020, when we were considering selling our house that spring. She provided us with market analysis, suggestions on some minor improvements to increase the sale-ability of the house, and just as important, things that we were considering doing that wouldn’t add much value. We ultimately decided not to proceed in 2020 — we just weren’t ready. Dawn was very understanding. This winter, we contacted Dawn again, and picked up where we left off. She provided great guidance at every step of the process, and was always pleasant to work with. We were very pleased with working with Dawn and the outcome of the sale.
