We decided to call Dawn because she sold the house next door and we later found out she had sold 2 others on our street in Burnsville. She came out to meet with us to determine what improvements needed to be addressed before the house went on the market. She also took her time explaining the comparable homes, and how the whole process worked. Our house sold in 6 days above list price!!! The whole process went smoothly from the purchase agreement right to closing. Dawn provided excellent customer service and was very easy to work with. Could not have asked for anything more. She also worked with the builder of our new home to assist in the timing of the completion of construction and also assisted in selecting the paint/carpet/tile, etc. We would recommend Dawn Lund to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
