She had exceptional knowledge on the process that needed to take place and was extremely responsive to my needs, I was in a hurry and needed a place right away, she did it all. Very helpful, down-to-earth, and friendly. Great agent. After we contacted for help, she responded immediately with a list of places that she wanted to show us. She took us out and showed us the units and immediately contacted the listing agent and helped us secure the unit we desired. If she hadn't been so responsive and diligent, I don't think we would have found the home we live in and love today.
I first met Dawn when I relocated to Tampa from the Midwest. Dawn did an incredible job finding a new home for us that met our needs.
