Dawn helped the reviewer buy this property

Highly recommended

We were so lucky to have the opportunity to work with Dawn on our Cape Cod home purchase. She is amazing. Not only was she a pleasure to work with but her knowledge of the market and the local nuances of Cape Cod came through in spades throughout the process. Our home search took nearly a year and she was actively present every step of the way. Often times, she toured homes and sent videos when we couldn’t be there in person. She took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and only showed us properties they she knew were or could be a fit for our requirements, many of which we were able to see before they were fully on the market. If you are looking for a realtor who becomes a partner in the search, we can’t think of a better option than Dawn.
