Dawn told us she would sell our house in less than 3 days and she did. She sends a stager and professional photographer. She is down to earth and easy to talk to. She spent 2 full days showing us homes. She has recommendations for just about anything you need (repair people, movers, etc). She remains even keel which seems to help keep her clients calm. She had good advice about the market and set expectations with having a contingent offer. Overall process was smooth.

Dawn is, by far, the BEST real estate professional I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Her first mission was to find me the impossible - SUCCESS! She found me the perfect place and I was extremely satisfied with her negotiation skills and professionalism during this process. She was attentive and took care of me from beginning to end. However, it didn't end there because I moved and needed to rent my place a couple years later. Dawn to the rescue! She took care of many of the details I was unable to address due to distance, and made me feel at ease throughout the process. She, very quickly, found me a renter and was, again, able to negotiate a very good deal for me. I will continue to do business with Dawn as long as I have a need. I would never use anyone else in the area. She is wonderful to work with.
