Buying our first home.

Down was referred to us buy a friend. He spoke nothing but good things about her. We trusted his word and experience and boy are we glad we did. We were in a time crunch and had to find a house very quickly. She worked with us all hours of the day and night to make our first home purchase as easy as she could. She answered all of our questions and told us about every step. Dawn from start to closing was with us and never let us worry about a single thing. She was upfront about anything that could possibly happen or things to look out for. I cannot speak enough about how helpful and AWESOME she is. If you are looking for a realtor, she is 100% the one to pick to go on this journey with you. After closing she still checks in to make sure things are going well.
