Dawn displayed her wealth of knowledge with professional communication throughout our home sale.

Based on a glowing reference from a friend who had used Dawn multiple times, I reached out to her to start the difficult process of selling my childhood home. During her first visit to "see" the house, Dawn remained professional during the tour even though there were definitely areas of the house that needed ALOT of attention. She calmly provided recommendations or options on what she felt was needed prior to getting it on the market. She displayed empathy as I explained the events that lead to the need to sell our family home and my apprehension, as I muddled through all the emotions of actually putting it on the market. Dawn came prepared to that visit with information on the market as well as recommendations on a proposed plan. It took a little time after that first meeting for the house to be shape for going onto the market. During that market prep period, Dawn was extremely patient as she communicated with me on my progress and repeatedly offered to assist me with anything that needed to be done. Eventually, the house was presentable, so Dawn listed it. She followed her plan of a weekend open house. The listing was received with great excitement as she has stated was our goal in our original meeting. There was tons of foot traffic in the house over the weekend. By the end of the weekend, we received multiple offers as she felt would be the case. We discussed the pros and cons of each offer and ended up accepting one. The settlement of the house occurred a few weeks back and I cannot express how grateful I am for all that Dawn did. Throughout the entire process, it was such a comfort to know that I had someone with a tremendous amount of knowledge on my side. She would make suggestions, but I never felt that I didn't have a say in what was happening. Dawn is superb realtor as well as a terrific person who I would strongly recommend to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.
