Great agent. This is the second house we have purchased utilizing Dawn as our agent. In this case we needed something rather quickly . Dawn found us the house ,submitted our bid that evening and we closed in 25 days. Dawn worked very well with the sellers agent and both the mortgage and title companies. Closing was a quick affair .
