Wonderful
Dawn was a great Realtor to work with. From the beginning she gave me tips on what to do or not do before I put my house on the market. Once listed I had an offer in 9 days. Everything went so smoothly and she answered all my questions and was very prompt in getting back with me. I moved to Alabama after sale of my house and was aware of time frame and made sure closing happened the day I left. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a house.
