I had the pleasure of working with Dawn. She was always readily available to talk, honest about the properties we were viewing, and explained the entire complicated process throughout which helped me to make a more educated financial decision. In addition, she had to work with my partners and was totally professional and so easy to work with. She simplified a rather complicated transaction and was a tremendous help.
