We would highly recommend Dawn. When we first started thinking about selling our house and buying a new one, she was patient and informative. The process for us was very long - a year and a half. Selling our house was challenging because it was small and older, but she was encouraging with every showing request and sympathetic and understanding when things didn't work out. She worked to follow up on leads and check in with agents who had expressed interest, and through the negotiation process on the purchase of our new house, we had every confidence that she was truly on our side and working with our very best interests in mind.
