Buying a new house is typically difficult, but when you add covid-19 to the equation it gets even harder. Dawn made this experience so easy and somewhat enjoyable. Dawn was phenomenal, she was always available, always responsive to any phone calls or texts. Dawn was always honest if we had any thoughts on a home and she always gave great advice. My children actually called Dawn Aunt Dawn. That was the relationship that we had with her. I would recommend Dawn to anyone considering buying a home. My family and I actually miss her.

I am so blessed to have had Dawn as my real estate agent. She helped my fiancé and I purchase our first investment property this year.
