We worked very closely with Dawn and Helen Reynolds very closely. Looking back on the experience, my husband and I are so happy we had these two and their team helping us. We had such a pleasant experience with them when we bought our house that we knew we would use them to sell it. We had a weird situation where we only were in our house for a year and had to sell immediately because of my husbands job transfer. I stayed behind to make sure everything went okay with the selling process. I was working still with a toddler. I don’t know what I would have done without them taking care of everything behind the scenes. I had no time for anything else. They are so calming and always have a positive spin. Plus I was able to text my realtor about any questions and she was so great about answering questions even when I knew I was being crazy about things. Bottom line, use Dawn and her team. You won’t be disappointed.
