We wanted the seemingly impossible: property in Bandon that had enough for both of our families and that we could afford. We discovered such a property listed in the local Coffee Break magazine. Then we engaged Dawn’s services as our realtor and began the process of buying. There were many twists and turns in the loan application and in dealing with the sellers. Dawn walked us through the whole process, offering her experienced perspective and insight. Finally, over 2 months later, our dream became reality.
