Dawn was so refreshing to work with. We appreciated her honesty and hard work. She took time to understand our needs for our cross-country move. It was clear that what was important to our family was also important to her. Her knowledge of so many areas was also very helpful in choosing what was best for us. When my son Matt wanted to sell his home In San Gabriel my husband introduced me to Dawn. We immediately connected and began the process. Dawn first helped Matt stage the home by moving out some furniture to declutter the space and to clean up the yard, which took some time, a little money, and manageable effort. At first it was slow going since the real estate market had been slow for a while. Dawn had a few Open House's before the market started to improve. Of course a few buyers made painfully low offers which we declined. Once the market improved, we got a reasonable offer and it closed. Dawn was so patient, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with.
