Dawn helped the reviewer sell this property

Dawn is an Amazing Lady!!

When my husband and I discussed selling my home he said "It's gonna takes a year or 2!" Not with Dawn Grigsby at the helm!!! She took the time to come to my property listen to all the cool stories about how lovely my property was and understood the wonderful spirit about the place as I have dearly loved being there. Dawn and her team kept us well informed communicating regularly right up to the sale itself. She is professional, kind and best of all.....FUN! She won't cap off what u think the property is worth and was willing to go the distance with our wishes. I can't say enough about this awesome lady....but her faith is possibly why she is so blessed with a lot of business from word of mouth and repeat clients! I loved that she helped me sell and would use her again in a heartbeat! You rock Dawn 🥰 😇😊💛🧡❤
