Dawn had my best interest at heart. She helped me so much from start to finish, we didn’t have much and didn’t know anything about the housing market and how to properly look at a house. She fully educate us and always say “if you don’t love it 100% then we can look at another one”. She was so patient and understanding! I couldn’t ask for a better agent!

As a first-time home buyer, the process was unfamiliar and oftentimes scary for me. It was comforting to know that I could rely on Dawn with every step of the process. She was always available to answer questions or concerns. She made time for us to go out and see MANY houses until we finally settled on the perfect one. Dawn always put the benefit of her client first. She is very knowledgeable and always communicated any changes or issues that arose. And when challenges did arise, Dawn was quickly prepared with a new strategy. You can tell by Dawn's tenacity that she truly does have a passion for what she does. She is caring, professional, and resourceful. I would definitely work with Dawn again and refer any friends and family to her simply because she aims to do right by all people, especially those who are often overlooked and discriminated.

She responded quickly to texts, telephone calls or emails. No matter how many questions we asked, she was always immensely patient with our questions and concerns. We really appreciated her patience and expertise. She is such a caring agent, and she made us feel as though we were her only clients. She always gave us excellent guidance. The time and effort she put into helping us to sell the house was extraordinary. We will definitely use her again if we have a house to buy or sell. We will also refer our family and friends to her.

Working with Dawn was a pleasure. She is very professional and she cares. She communicates very well and makes sure you understand everything.
