Dawn made the selling of our home very simple, easy, and understandable. My wife and I had no idea what to do next. Dawn was there every step of the way. She handled our stuff like it was her own. Every detail. She explained in terms we could understand what was happening and what was next. We told her what we wanted to do and she single handedly made it happen. She sold our home in about 20 minutes. We closed in less than three weeks. It was like we were her only customer. I will always highly recommend Dawn to my friends and family.
