Dawn went above and beyond to help us as we searched for the perfect home in the perfect location. She helped us navigate through some stressful situations and challenges after hurricane Ian severely damaged the home we we’re supposed to close on September 29th(the day after the hurricane). We had already sold our current home on September 26th and we had a 15 day lease back from the new owners. The clock was ticking and we needed to find another home ASAP. We knew this may likely be more of a challenge now since the hurricane caused so much widespread damage and we were definitely concerned.
