Dawn was amazing! She sold the house in one day!! And she made the entire process so easy for us. We live up north and sold my mom’s house in Florida, which was complicated. Dawn handled the daunting process of emptying the house for us, from arranging for an estate sale person to come pick up furniture and decor to sell, to a charity to pick up other items to cleaning out every last drawer and cabinet.
