When you are looking to buy your dream home and the most expensive purchase of your life you need someone who understands what you are looking for. I am extremely picky and one to not settle- Dawn understood that and picked houses that met the strict criteria set. We don't live in the area so she would go to the houses and facetime, take pictures and give a summary of the properties. We provided little notice that we wanted to come in town and see 5 houses in only 4 hours - and somehow she made it happen. That day we found our dream forever home and then Dawns work really began to negotiate for us with 5 other offers on the home and an open house the next day the stress was a bit high. Well she did it after back and forth and her reassuring us that don't worry I will take care of it - she did just that and we were under contract. We just closed and are happy to report that even in todays market we closed with positive equity due to the negotiations of Dawn. If you want a realtor that truly will work and represent your best interest and not their own pocket then you need Dawn in your corner.
