Great home buying experience!

After selling our house in less than a week, the focus was on to get us into a new home. We were impressed with Dawn from our first meeting on… she is very knowledgeable and very well connected within the real estate world. We decided to build, knowing there would be a lot of decisions along the way and things that we weren’t always knowledgeable about. Dawn was absolutely the best in helping us through this process. She had great ideas and was very patient with us even when we would change our minds on things. When issues would arise, Dawn was always accessible to jump in on our behalf and make sure that things worked out in our favor. Dawn has a fantastic personality…she is very straightforward. You always know what she is thinking as she will tell you :-). I cannot imagine having gone through this process with anyone else. We have been in our home about a week and we are extremely happy with the way everything has turned out. I will always recommend Dawn to anyone asking about a good realtor.
