First time Homeowner

Dawn made my experience as a first time homeowner run as smoothly as possible. We looked at houses one week, next week she found my dream home, we put in the offer and they accepted a week later! I remember crying when she told me the sellers accepted the offer and the house was mine! Dawn also does thoughtful acts of kindness for her clients, such as sending cards in the mail, and most recently dropping off American flags for 4th of July! I highly recommend Dawn if you want a fast and smooth buying or selling experience. She is top notch!
