A word of advice: if you tell Dawn you're interested in buying a home, she will stop at nothing to get you into one! She is relentless in the best way. Throughout the process, Dawn was focused, communicative, and professional. Any time I had a question or concern, Dawn would take the time to address it, or would nudge another member of the team to address it ASAP. Dawn's recommendations for lending and home inspection were top notch as well. Her expertise in the local market was invaluable; we looked at a decent number of houses over the few months that we worked together and she helped us avoid many pitfalls. I'd recommend Dawn to anyone, but be ready! Move fast on your documents, help her help you, and you'll be in a home in no time!
