Dawn was the BEST choice for our family when purchasing our first home. She was very clear in her explanations of the home buying process and she made sure to take time and made sure we understood the documents we were signing. She helped through negotiations with VERY challenging sellers and ended up landing us the perfect home! If we end up moving again at any point we will definitely be going back to her first.
