This area of Washington is a seller's market and it's very difficult to purchase a home. Having a strong realtor makes all the difference and Dawn Cruff is certainly that. She knows the market really well and can anticipate what a competitive bid will be. We met Dawn early in our exploration of the area and she listened really well to our preferences and did not waste our time with properties that would not fit our needs. After touring two properties together, we had to return home. For the next month, we took virtual tours with Dawn as she guided us through several more properties. Surprisingly, the virtual tours worked really well. It took 3 attempts in this outrageously competitive market before we landed the property that we now own. There were times when we felt completely defeated after loosing a bid, but Dawn was encouraging and kept our spirits up. We would recommend Dawn Cruff to anyone who needs a strong realtor on their side. As a matter of fact, she did such a good job that our daughter will be asking for her expertise in the near future as she pursues a new home.
