I wish I could give Dawn 10 stars. Dawn helped me with a very unique sale of my mother's house which had through go through probate because of the unfortunate passing of her partner. Dawn immediately became so much more than an agent. She was kind, knowledgeable, patient, understanding....all of the things that made me feel like she truly wanted to help me. I never felt like just another client. The process took almost a year (through no fault of her own. probate court is a process) and when I felt discouraged, Dawn was there every step of the way. I can't thank her enough. If you are looking for an agent, you will get that and then some with Dawn.
