I don’t think anyone could have worked harder for me than Dawn! Her work ethic is nonstop and over the top. I would recommend her to anyone purchasing a house.

Working with Dawn was a dream. She made the transition of moving to Nashville enjoyable and easy! Dawn knows the market incredibly well and was up for looking at as many properties as we needed until we found the right one. She was available all the time to answer our questions and make sure we got the best deal possible. I had been toying with the idea of selling my house for a few months but didn't think I would actually do it. Then, I met Dawn. Dawn was actually showing my friend a home and I was tagging along. When we got to the house, she immediately started pointing out things that were not good about the house and I knew right then, "This lady isn't just trying to sell a house and make money, she cares" On that day, a partnership was made. I didn't find my dream home until December and she worked tirelessly behind the scenes for me to close before the New Year. Now, here I sit in the most perfect home with the most perfect HOA. HA! Dawn helped my mother sell my grandmother’s house after she passed away. I witnessed Dawn’s professionalism first-hand during this process and when I was ready to buy a house, choosing Dawn was a no-brainer. We were relocating from 3 states away for work. Moving is stressful anyways without it being for new jobs and states away! But Dawn was fantastic! She worked around our schedule, put up with our pickiness, and was so fun to do this with. Once we decided, she advocated hard for us and ultimately got exactly what we asked for! I would recommend 10x over! She’s amazing!
