From the moment we met Dawn we knew she had been in the business for a while proving that with her great knowledge of real estate, the real estate laws, paperwork, which all made for a very smooth transaction! This is our second home we have purchased with Dawn’s assistance. This time we went with a developer for a new build and although Dawn’s presence was not required, she assisted with the process from start to finish.
