Dawn held my hand when needed throughout the whole process of buying my first home. Answered all my questions as small as some of them were it did not matter. Dawn is extremely experienced and knowledgeable about her craft and I felt safe and informed the whole entire time. Dawn was always available and got back to me in a timely manner when me and my husband had questions. She always asked and gave us notice for showing our place. Dawn also has a warm and friendly manner and is easy to talk to. No question was considered silly. She is great at what she does! We had used her previously and did not hesitate to call Dawn again once we decided to sell our condo.
