This is my realtor mommy! I just tell her my problems and they go away! This is the second time Dawn came through for me and on both occasions time was the critical element. After a terrible break up my life was completely dismantled and that landed me in a motel for a couple of weeks. High fees, cockroaches, and dope fiends, I had to get out of there so I turned to Dawn and opened up to her about my situation. In less than a week I had a 1-year lease agreement signed and she put me up in a very accommodating and beautifully-structured duplex in the heart of Merritt Island. Everything that I could shop for and my favorite fishing hole well within reach. It was great! Great up until my loser landlord suddenly disallowed me to renew my Lease the following year and gave me 30-days to vacate. Devastated! So I called mommy. She broke the game down to me and convinced me that I have what it takes to be a homeowner and that I should pursue THAT route instead of leasing. I was encouraged, and so we went out into the world and surveyed several properties in pursuit of a new home. Dawn tirelessly met with me and opened up houses for me to see at the end of my Long 10- hour workdays. She was wearing me out lol and a few times I thought about turning back to looking for a property to rent instead, but we kept pushing and ended up finding the perfect condo in Cape right by the Beach. I pushed the fire button and Dawn launched like a rocket and had a contract agreement with me and the seller established that same week. She called in her A-Team of associates, and with 3 days to spare before I had to move out of my apartment, we were closing on my first home! The uninterrupted Communication between Dawn and the seller was fluidic! From negotiations to bringing in contractors for needed repair work, everything was clicking and responsive from beginning to end. I’m so grateful for you Dawn, thanks for everything 🙏!
