It could not have been handled better!

Dawn Marie was highly recommended to us by close friends of my fathers. She worked closely with me throughout the sale process of my parents home. I live in New Jersey and I needed someone I could trust and rely on. Dawn Marie was that person. She was extremely knowledgeable of the market trends and of all the necessary hurdles in preparing the home for sale. She was always enthusiastic and upbeat, giving the impression to me that the property at 55 Waveland was the most important part of life at this time. She communicated, sometimes daily, with phone, text, and email. I could not be more pleased with Dawn Marie Boynton as an agent. It really could not have been handled better.
