Dawn was such a fantastic agent to work with. 1)Super professional with contracts and answering questions. 2) Very knowledgeable with the flow of the sale, contract, suggestions to improve my condo. 3) Best of the best when it came to showcasing my condo. Was amazed by the the marketing efforts that went into my condo although it was not a big listing at all. 4) Kind&Thoughtful because Dawn was ALWAYS willing to make time for my wife and I which we really appreciated during the process.
